To answer the age old question, you can have it all and it can be awesome, but it first must be #pausesome.  Rachael expounds on some pretty powerful messages about how to incorporate mindfulness into an already pressing schedule. In fact, most of the pauses she recommends are tiny habits with long-lasting benefits.
